The Goose Hunting…

by Tony

…has continued to be good despite a major cold snap that brought -10 below temperatures to the area!!!

A face only a mother could love…but his cooking is a whole other story, nobody is passing up a seat at the dinner table when Louisiana Vaughn is in the kitchen!!

Yet another good one for Dan, Jim, and Vaughn despite the bitter cold and screaming winds!

Keeping water open when it is bitter cold is both crucial and deadly!!!

Whirlwind!

by Tony

It’s been a whirlwind with the closing of duck season and the holidays.  We hope everybody enjoyed the holidays with their family and friends, that’s what it’s all about!

Christmas pheasant shoot with family and friends back home at a little preserve…it was a good time and good for the dogs.

With the cold temps our goose season has been excellent!   About as many Canadas around as we have had in quite some time.

Not sure what to make of this one….other than a cool mount!!!

Ruff has saved me a heck of alot of footsteps in his lifetime!

After some excellent goose hunting, we loaded up and headed south to spend the first few days of the New Year with buddies from LA and TX.  Had a great time and lots of good food!

Pass those breakfast burritos down Doc!

Incoming!!
